What happens if I bring a 100% cotton shirt for Sublimation printing?

Sublimation ink only binds to polyester fibers and works best on light colors. If you bring a 100% cotton shirt, the print will wash out. But don't worry—our team checks every garment before printing. If you have cotton shirts, we will simply recommend our premium DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing instead, which looks fantastic on cotton!

How should I prepare my garments before dropping them off?

Please ensure all garments are clean and free of heavy dust or pet hair. If you are providing different sizes that require different designs (e.g., staff names), please clearly label or separate the shirts with sticky notes or separate bags when you drop them off at our GenSan shop.

Do you offer bulk discounts if I have a massive order?

Yes! Because our DTF and HTV services are priced by the print area (e.g., per meter of film or vinyl) rather than per shirt, combining multiple logos or designs into a larger print run naturally reduces your cost per design. The more you print in one go, the more cost-effective it becomes.

How do I pay for my custom order?

Once you submit your design and garment details, we will send you a finalized quote. Upon your approval, we will issue a secure checkout link.
